O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue patta for the properties to an extent of about 940 sq.ft.in block No.22, T.S.No.147,148,149,150,151 in Vellangoundenpalayam Chathirammel Street, Dharmapuri District, by disposing of the petitioner's online application dated 17.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both sides submitted that enquiry has been conducted and orders has to be passed by the 2nd respondent. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that orders will be passed expeditiously. 2/4

4. In such view of the matter, let the 2nd respondent pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a month's time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
