ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it appears that the lis really does not survive as in pursuance to the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that No Objection Certificate has been obtained and submitted to respondent No.3.

2. Respondent No.3 to process the application of the petitioner in accordance with law. If for any reason that application is not available, the same may be called for from the petitioner.

3. The decision on the application be taken within three months of the receipt of the copy of this order, after notice to all concerned.
