The relief claimed in the present writ petition is covered by the earlier order passed by the Division Bench in WP.No.11394 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020. The Division Bench rejected a similar claim made by another candidate. The petitioner has to necessarily write the examination and it is brought to the notice of this Court that the schedule for the examination has already been announced by the State Government.
