Seeking direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to continue the MBA Degree course in the first respondent's college, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to continue MBA Decree and accordingly, he completed the course also. At this juncture, the learned counsel pointed out that the results have not been declared so far. 3.

If that being the case, the respondents are directed to publish the results and if it is not feasible on legal grounds, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner and such exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
