The Writ Petition has been filed by the Writ Petitioner seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in any way interfering with the trading as well as in the supply of 50 litres of Kerosene per day on all working days. 2.
Though the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2004, subsequently, there were several orders passed in respect of Hand Cart man and the allotment of Kerosene to the Hand Cart man is also modified. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed, however, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for the retail kerosene allotment. No costs.
