This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR., on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint dated 10.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.502 of 2015 with the respondent Police, and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry .

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law as per the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
