Crl.M.P.No. 6850 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3034 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 3034 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders."

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner/A7 has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the above submission, this Court is relaxed the condition is as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of another six months."

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
