Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr.C.Sathish, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for first respondent. Notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

The petitioners have filed O.A No.18 of 2024 before the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Tiruppur for modification of scheme decree.

All that the petitioners seek is speedy disposal of the O.A.No. 18 of 2024. No exception can be taken to the said request. The Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Tiruppur is directed to dispose of O.A.No. 18 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case.

With the above said directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
