Prayer: Writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 8 to protect the petitioners' right to the property bearing S.No.438/5 to an extent of 1.39 acres in Vada Mambakkam Village, Arakkonam declared in O.S.No.674 of 1985 and confirmed in A.S.No.62/92 by keeping the revenue record as declared by decree and respondents 5 to 7 to take legal action against the respondents 8 to 10 for trespass and violating the order of injunction as per law.
