ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent to register an FIR., based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.08.2015 in CSR No.468 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.468 of 2015 before the third respondent-Police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
