[Made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous due to subsequent events and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. He has also filed a memo dated 26.04.2023, to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and on the basis of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
