ORDER

Alleging that the order of this court dated 20.08.2018 passed in WP.No.194 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

2.When the Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this court dated 20.08.2018 has been complied with by the respondent. In support of the said submission, he has produced a copy of proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.K2/631/2021, dated 23.12.2021.

3.The aforesaid submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
