ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register FIR and investigate into the complaint dated 26.08.2015 (Vide receipt Ref.H2/1510/SP.GOP/2015 dated 26.08.2015) of the petitioner and initiate action under the appropriate provisions of IPC against the said persons. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 26.08.2015 with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013

(4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
