Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to issue permanent community certificate to the petitioner, as belonging to Hindu Kurumans Community, which is classified as Scheduled Tribe, based on the enquiry report with recommendation by Tahsildar filed before the first respondent on 27/1/2004 to issue Hindu Kurumans Community certificate to the petitioner.
