(CRIME NO.02/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Cheyyar All Women Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7895 of 2022 by its order dated 11.04.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.DEVENDHIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7895 of 2022 on 11.04.2022 to appear before the Cheyyar All Women Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
