This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 324 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal. 2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unaware of the judgment of the Court below in view of COVID-19 situation, thereafter, he got the judgment copy from the learned Public Prosecutor and filed this Criminal Appeal along with this petition. Due to which, there was delay of 324 days.

4.Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for R1. Mr.L.Palani Muthu, learned counsel takes notice for R2 & R3.
