Crl.M.P.No. 6847 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2131 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J This petition is filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Cuddalore, everyday at 10.30 am. till framing of charges and thereafter, during the court hearing dates" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 2131 of 2024, 12.02.2024."

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the above submission, this Court is relaxed the condition is as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. till the completion of trial".

4. In all other aspects by order dated 19.03.2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
