O R D E R

Petition for modification of the anticipatory bail condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.15354 of 2015, dated 16.09.2015.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- but he requires three months time to deposit the same and hence, he seeks modification.

4. The learned counsel for the intervenor strongly objected to the plea taken by the petitioner.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by both sides, more particularly the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.15354 of 2015, dated 16.09.2015 and that the petitioner is willing to deposit the entire amount of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.2,00,000/- as agreed by him, two months time is granted to deposit the same. Accordingly, the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.15354 of 2015, dated 16.09.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.2473 of 2015 in two installments, i.e. the first installment should be paid on or before 16.11.2015 and the second installment should be paid on or before 16.12.2015. Except this modification, other conditions remain unaltered.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
