CRIME NO.1 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e., "report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.O.P.NO.746 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in clause (b) of the order dated 29.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.746 of 2021. 2.This Court, vide oder dated 29.04.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 29.04.2021 stand unaltered.
