Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3660 of 2016 dated 25.02.2016, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3660 of 2016 dated 25.02.2016 regularly.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.

Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3660 of 2016 dated 25.02.2016 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
