Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, the petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- each with one surety under Section 88 Cr.P.C., on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.21689 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court.
