ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give permission to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Odaimanagar Arulmigu Sree Baindiamman Temple Festival at Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 90 from 03.06.2022 to 05.06.2022 between 06.00 p.m. and 11.00 p.m. by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 10.05.2022. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent Police through order dated 18.05.2022, since there are three groups involved and there is a potential law and order problem. That apart, FIRs are pending against various persons who belong to these groups. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is also seen from records that the earlier writ petition was dismissed by this Court on 25.04.2022.

3.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
