This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant interim injunction, restraining the respondents No2 to 4 from issuing of any orders of appointment to the post of noon meal organizer for Kattumuthupalayam Annagramam Blcok, Cuddalore District pursuance to the call letter sent on 29.05.2018 vide Na.Ka.No.A5/00260/2017 by respondent no-4, for an interview on 31.05.2018 pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

2. In view of the efflux of time and appointment of fifth respondent and her continuance in service for more than five years, no orders can be passed in the above application.

3. Under such circumstances, no order is required to be made in this Petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
