Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Seiperumbudur every mondy at10.30 a.m. for until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3645 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.422 of 2021 dated 25.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 25.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3645 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.422 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 25.03.2021 directed the petitioner to stay at Madurai and appear before the Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30am., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the charge sheet not yet filed.
