ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.530 of 2019 and to file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 31.05.2019, no final report is filed till date.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.
5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
