This petition is filed to fix an early date for final disposal of the above Second Appeal.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore a date is fixed for hearing of the Second Appeal on 07.08.2024.

3. Meanwhile, learned counsel for the appellant as also 1st respondent are directed to take notice to the respondents 3 and 4 in the Second Appeal returnable by 05.08.2024.
