Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR against the accused person, based on the complaint dated 10.03.2020 for the offences committed by accused person.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.03.2020 was enquired in CSR.No.29 of 2019 and the case has been closed on 23.08.2021.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
