This petition is filed to restore the petition for condone the delay which is dismissed for default on 19.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2683/2023 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.5256/2023.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to list the condone delay petition along with Criminal Revision after two weeks.
