This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.930 of 2024 dated 18.01.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.930 of 2024 dated 18.01.2024. has been complied with. He has also filed proceedings in Na.Ka.684-2024-A2 dated 06.07.2024 to that effect.
