ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably entered into a compromise outside the Court.

2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the learned counsel submits that he does not want to press this Criminal Revision Case and seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the same. He has also made an explicit endorsement to that effect in the case bundle today.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Consequently, Criminal Revision Case also stands dismissed as withdrawn at the SR stage itself. Interim stay, if any, granted by this Court, stands vacated.
