Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First and Third Respondents to dispose of the Petitioner's Patta Transfer Application's dated 29.05.2018 seeking for Patta Transfer pertaining to the properties of Punjai lands, comprising in Survey No. 369/3 (New Survey No.369/3C), measuring 21 cents and comprising in Survey No. 369/5 (New Survey No.369/5B) measuring 26 cents and comprising in Survey No. 369/6 (New Survey No.369/6A&6B), measuring 16 cents situated at Mambazhapattu Village, Villupuram Taluk & District within Registration District of Villupuram, Sub Registration District of Villupuram Joint -II within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Hon'ble High Court.

O R D E R

The First Respondent has filed status report dated 27.08.2019 stating that the Petitioner had not produced the link document and hence, it was not possible to grant patta. It is incumbent upon the Petitioner to produce the required documents in order to grant patta to him. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Petitioner, who seeks patta to the property, has to satisfy the aforesaid requirements.

The Writ Petition stands disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
