C.M.P.No.9811 of 2025 in C.M.A(Sr).No.134129 of 2023 S.SOUNTHAR, J.

It is stated that the 6th claimant, father-in-law of the 1st claimant died even pending original petition before the Tribunal and the same was not informed before the Tribunal. Since legal representatives of the 6th claimant were already on record as appellants 2 to 5/claimants 2 to 5, there was no abatement of proceedings before Tribunal.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, CMP.No. 9811 of 2025 is allowed.
