Writ Petition in W.P.No.7167 of 2003 is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to hand-over the investigation in Crime No.1500 of 1998 on the file of B-1 Police Station, now transferred to CBCID, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
