Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2019 and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal petition dated 13.06.2018 in respect of lands to an extent of 50 cents in Survey No.35/1A6B and 4.50 acres in Survey No.223/2B of Kuruparapalli Village, krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this court. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2019 and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition dated 13.06.2018 in respect of lands to an extent of 50 cents in Survey No.35/1A6B and 4.50 acres in Survey No.223/2B of Kuruparapalli Village, krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this court.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
