ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to hold enquiry upon the petition filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his LA/NH45A/A1/27/2015 dated 30.07.2018.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she purchased 850 sq.meters and 350 sq.metres in S.Nos.286/3A2 and 286/3B2 under registered sale deeds dated 20.09.2011 and 23.09.2011. The 2nd respondent acquired 520 sq.mts for expansion of NH45A and passed order on 30.07.2018 fixing very low compensation. Hence, petitioner preferred petition to the 1st respondent to hold enquiry, however, till date, no enquiry conducted. Hence, the Petitioner come forward with the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the matter, this court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent, to consider the Petitioner's Petition dated 30.07.2018, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
