JUDGMENT
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appellant challenges the order dated 22.02.2021 passed in the writ petition filed by her for removing the trespassers.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute that the writ property is the personal property of the appellant and the alleged trespass is on the private property of the appellant.
3. In view of that, the learned Single Judge has not committed any error in not entertaining the present writ petition. The Writ Appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
