Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 18.06.2016 and investigate the same vide the CSR No. 344/2016 issued by the 2nd respondent police.

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2016 in CSR.No.344 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.344 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
