Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to grant financial upgradations to the petitioners 1 and 3 and the second petitioner's husband Mr.N.Senthil kumar as envisaged under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme with effect from the date of completion of 10/20 years of service in the post of CookMate/Cook and grant them all consequential benefits. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Rajendran O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant financial upgradations to the petitioners 1 and 3 and the 2nd petitioner's husband Mr.N.

Senthil Kumar as envisaged under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme with effect from the date of completion of 10/20 years of service in the post of Cook-Mate/Cook and grant them all consequential benefits. 2.Though this writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to issue positive directions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2021, within a time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
