(CR.NO.170 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the above Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.6041 of 2022 dated 23-03-2022 fully and or else the petitioners will be put into irreparable loss and hardship thus Justice may be rendered.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.M.P.No.6137 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the Investigation Offier once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required for interrogation.
