This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.714 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28424 of 2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.SC.No.76 of 2023 on the file of Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur District, and the next hearing date is on 22.06.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.714 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28424 of 2022, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur District, on 22.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
