ORDER

The writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.E1/1905/2025 dated 02.04.2025 in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the order dated 02.04.2025 has been implemented and survey has also been carried out on 13.06.2025 in respect of the subject property. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
