Crl.M.P.No.7652 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26033 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26033 of 2022 dated 09.02.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.52 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Polur, and the next hearing date is on 10.07.2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26033 of 2022 dated 09.02.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Polur, on 10.07.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
