O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Villupuram, to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 67 of 2024 on a day by day basis.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing

for the respondent submitted that the accused has already filed a petition seeking to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.67 of 2024, which is pending.

3. In view of the submission, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
