] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of the learned Special Judge for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act Chennai in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2019 dated 10.10.2023.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
