O R D E R

The petitioner was imposed with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- vide order dated 11.02.2022, which the petitioner was unable to comply within the time stipulated and therefore, he moved an application in Crl.M.P.No.2366 of 2022, which was dismissed by the order assailed in this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner will make the payment of Rs.3,60,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without fail, I am inclined to dispose of the Criminal Original Petition on the following terms: (i) The order dated 06.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2366 of 2022 passed by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Sessions Judge is set aside.

(ii) The petitioner is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to deposit the entire amount as directed in C.M.P.No.838 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022, after giving credit to the amount already deposited by the petitioner.
