Respondents Prayer : This Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 1st respondent, to grant police-protection, to the petitioners, for their running the School, namely Sri Manikandan Nursery and Primary School, at Ammanangkoil Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupathur District, enabling the students, faculties, parents, transportation to and fro to the School by two wheelers, school buses, etc., through the common passage comprised in SF Nos.194/13, 194/16 and 194/17 of Ammanangkoil Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Thirupathur District, in pursuant to the injunction order granted by the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirupathur on 27.04.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.162 of 2021 and in pursuant to the representations dated 30.04.2022 addressed to the first respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to grant police protection to the petitioners for running their School in terms of Civil Court order of injunction dated 27.04.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondent.

3.In view of the order of the Civil Court, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the protection can be ordered to be granted in terms of the order passed by this Court in Radhika Hari Vs. Commissioner of Police, reported in 2014(2) CTC 695. 4.Accordingly, the respondent/police is directed to grant protection in terms of the Civil Court order to the petitioner, as per the further terms mentioned in the above case cited supra. 5.In that view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
