This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.78 of 2011, registered by the respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry submitted that investigation in Cr.No.78 of 2011 was completed and the case was closed as "action dropped" on 22.02.2012 and the report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Puducherry. Further, it is reported that the Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry has issued notice to the de facto complainant. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
