ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from putting up and shifting permanent Building for Veterinary Hospital at Sembarayanallur Panchayat or any other place except Kuppathamottur Panchayat.

2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Veterinary Hospital has been shifted and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
