ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, the learned counsel appearing 1/3

for the petitioner as well as, Ms.S.Pavithra the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the respondent Corporation have already passed an order pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.1637 of 2020 dated 04.10.2023. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also served a copy of the said proceedings to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the proceedings dated 09.01.2023 passed by the respondent.
