Crl.A.No.337 of 2021 V.SIVAGNANAM, J.

This Court, by order dated 23.08.2021in Crl.A.No.337 of 2021, issued a direction to the trial court to take the charge sheet in Cr.No10 of 2021 on file and proceed with the case and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. A communication dated 15.2.2023 was received by the Registry from the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under POCSO Act, (FAC), Villupuram seeking time to dispose the Spl.S.C.No.131 of 2021, pending on its file on the ground that the case has been posted to 17.2.2023 for examination of defence side witnesses.

3. Accepting the reasons stated by the learned trial Judge, this Court grants further time of three months to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.131 of 2021.
